Vor kurzem hatten wir das Vergnügen, eine Gruppe auf eine besondere Reise zu einem der versteckten Juwelen Nordthailands zu begleiten: dem Doi Wao Tempel und dem Chiang Saen Skywalk.

Hoch über dem Mekong-Fluss gelegen, ist dieser Tempel nicht nur ein spiritueller Ort – er bietet auch einen der atemberaubendsten Ausblicke in der Provinz Chiang Rai. Der neu erbaute Glas-Skywalk in Chiang Saen ragt über den Berghang hinaus und ermöglicht Besuchern, direkt auf die üppig grünen Landschaften und den Fluss unter ihnen zu blicken. Für viele in unserer Gruppe war das Betreten des gläsernen Stegs sowohl aufregend als auch ein wenig nervenaufreibend!
